OUR WINES
We have created a series of wines utilising a full set of wine making techniques.
Some blending after fermentation has allowed us to create some wonderful combinations and flavours.
Please note that at present none of our wines are for sale.
This is a hobby vineyard.
White and rose wines
Origins 2023
This is the second vintage of the 100% Solaris wine. We had good growing conditions, and the grapes where harvested on 23 September.
Produced in inert vessels, we have created a crisp, clean, dry wine.
It has high acidity and herbaceous notes of pepper and asparagus with apple freshness.

The Nurtured Vine 2023
This is the third vintage of our 100% Bacchus wine.
Produced in inert steel it has been fermented to maintain the floral notes. Blends of different blocks picked across the second week in October have allowed us to balance acidity and flavours retaining that classic bacchus taste.

Origins Rose 2023
This wine is a blend of Solaris and Pinot Noir.
It has high acidity with apple freshness, and strawberry notes.

The second year of this wonderful wine which is a blend of Rondo, Cabernet Franc and Divico
The wine has been aged with oak for 6 months.
The wine has a rich medium+ body with rich fruit flavours of black cherry, blackberry, plum and violet and earthy flavours. It carries cinnamon and clove notes and a hint of oak and smoke.
